Look at this gift I got......

It is a bouncy chair for little ones that may not be able to sit up well
It converts to a rocking chair for older babies and toddlers
And it converts into a swing. The chair parts clicks right into the swing part
Nathan in the swing
Look at his big smile in his new swing
And.....he sleeps in it!!!!
(Those of you who talk to me know this part is huge right now)
He actually likes it!!!
I got this on Craigslist. I was not looking for a swing at all. I was looking for a rocking chair to rock Nathan in at night. I did not want anything expensive. The other night I hopped onto Craigslist. When you search for something in craigslist, you type in what you are looking for and all those posts containing those words show up. I typed in "rocking chair" and this was the FIRST ad on the list. It was the most recently posted. The guy that was giving this away had put that it converts into a rocking chair in his ad....that is the reason this particular ad showed up. Nothing I was looking for.....but surely a huge blessing!! I didn't want a swing and didn't think I really needed one. But when I saw this ad, I couldn't believe it. I have been praying that the lord would show me ways to help our little boy with reflux sleep better. I have been at a loss of ideas because nothing has been working. To see this pop up FIRST when all I was looking for was a simple adult size rocking chair....I truly felt like The Lord was giving this to us. A true gift to me right now. I know he was. It was no coincidence.

It is wonderful. Someone gave me one of these at my shower. Faith still uses the rocking chair to sit and play in. She grabs her book and reads(more like babbles) in her chair. It is a great piece, very versatile. Hope you enjoy it and hope Nathan does too.

That is so cool. I had no idea that they made them like that. Caleb loved his swing! There were times I loved it too, because he fell asleep in it. All three of my kids were swing babies for that matter. I hope it continues to be a blessing for you!

Thanks, Miss Kristi! I recognize your rocker/swing. ;) Thanks for your prayers - they are infinitely appreciated and needed. It was great chatting with you today in the nursery.
