This is gonna be one of our favorite place to go this summer...right at the bottom of our driveway. It is such an awesome place for the kids to play......huge trees and park like setting underneath of all the trees. There are trails, huge trees, and even a creek. It is my family members property...but we go down there a lot now. A nature hike right at our back door. The kids have a blast finding sticks, climbing on trees and stumps, crossing lying down trees, and simply tromping through the woods. Any of you local ladies.....your children would love it down there....you are welcome to bring them over somethime........we could even do a picnic.

WOW! I thought by the looks of it that you had gone camping. That is awesome to have such lush surroundings! Wonderful!
Awww...there's no picture of the creek! That's what I wanted to see the most! I want to know if it's a huge, can-drown-in-it type creek, or if it's just a trickle. Do you have any creek photos? Will definitely have to take my boys (and me!) to splash in it sometime this summer!
duhhhh!!! I guess I should have posted creek pictures. It is not a drown in creek.....it is more of a trickle right now. There is not a lot of waer in it. Dont know why. It is small.....maybe a foot across. I will get pics next time we go down of the actual creek.
