An old tea pot...and a creative little boy...

As a child, I can remember playing with this old plastic teapot as a child while at my Grandma's house. My grandma has always had one drawer in the kitchen full of toys. They are nothing special and are all old, or shall we say ancient. But even though they are old, and some are broken, kids always seem to still love Grandma's toy drawer. Isaac loves the teapot. The teapot that is probably 30+ years old. Yeseterday while it was nice out, the kids and I walked up to Grandma's house. And for the next hour, Issac prepared a tea party. This was no ordinary tea party...it was a tea party Isaac style. He was very serious about the set up of his party. and we giggled as we watched him and talked with him about the process. So here you go...the tea party...with a tea pot that is old and broken...but a favorite for Isaac. Enjoy......

beginning preparations to his tea party I cant smile for the camera mom, I am busy The setting at the party
making everything just perfect
pouring some tea
and more tea
oops...he forgot napkins...
the setting to the tea party that took him about an hour
he pulled the rocking chair up to the table and then called his brothers
alas......enjoying some tea

It was wonderful sharing this time with my grandma
